Customized Exercise Programs: Delivers the promise of fitness to members with individualized exercise programs stored in a portable Smartkey.

Compliance: Once a training protocol is defined, the Technogym System establishes the members' individualized fitness program for every piece of equipment, in the suitable sequence, at the appropriate intensity, for thew accurate period of time.

Workload Adjustment: Training intensity and duration are automatically updated via the Technogym System. This not only supports the member by keeping them within their "training window" but assists in guaranteeing measurable results.

Outcome Management: Validation of protocols. Effective feedback to the member. Seamless collection of data for corporate, medical or research purposes. All effortlessly within reach with the Technogym System.

Evidence of Results: Goals are fulfilled and fitness attained for the member.

Each member receives three free training sessions in the use of the Technogym equipment with our qualified fitness staff. There is a SmartKey purchase required.
