Coaches Kevin, Jon and Kristen welcome you to the 2009 - 2010 NAC Attack Swim Team.

Age Groups/Practice Times (Monday and Wednesdays)

• 8 & Under – 4:45 -5:45pm
• 9 & 10 – 5:30 - 6:45pm
• 11 & Over 6:30 - 8:00pm

Swim Meets- We will have two dual meets and participate in the annual 12 and under Pennsbury Splash

• Pennsbury Splash in Ewing NJ – January 17th

• Meet vs. NJ Stingrays – April 17th

Time Trials- We will have two time trials at the George School prior to the swim meets in order to practice from starting blocks and get times for swimmers- November 14th and February 20th
Parent volunteers- We need parents’ help to make our meets and time trials go smoothly.  We ask that all parents make an attempt to help with one or more events.
