Gymnastic classes are taught in Spring, Summer, Winter,
and Fall sessions. Each session lasts approximately
12 weeks. In addition, the Gymnastics Department offers
holiday and summer camps and hosts Gymnastics Fun Nights
throughout the year.

ATTIRE / EQUIPMENT
A leotard for girls is the best attire and a T-shirt tucked into elastic shorts is perfect for boys or girls. Absolutely no jeans or clothing with buttons, zippers, or beading are permitted. There is no jewelry permitted. Hair must be tied back and securely fastened with an elastic, no clips or bows that will inhibit any rolling activities. Also no shoes or socks, some equipment can be slippery.
PARENT RESPONSIBILITY
An adult must escort all children to the gymnastics studio. No one is permitted in the gymnastics studio prior to class time. Any child originally from Kids Club will be taken back after class, all others must be picked up promptly after class by a parent. The gymnastics instructors are not responsible for your child once the class has ended.
ATTENDANCE POLICY
If your child misses two classes in a row without notification, they will be dropped from the class. Please call the Gymnastics office for any absentees.
BABY GYM AND YOU & ME (Parent participation required)
Baby Gym Ages: 16 – 22 months Ratio 10:1
You & Me Ages: 23 months – 3 yrs Ratio 10:1
These classes are organized so that children can explore and move in a safe environment while being directed by a parent. Participation in this class is a wonderful opportunity for parents and children to spend time together with no interruptions. These children will begin to learn their basic gymnastics positions through music and games. They will be encouraged by the instructor to try different skills.
PRE-GYM 3 Age: 3 yrs 5:1 Ratio
At this point in our program we encourage parents to allow the relationship between the instructor and the child to develop. Parents are more than welcome to observe gymnastic classes through the observation window. Lesson plans & progressions for this class are based on developmental milestones for the 3 yrs range. Classes are directed toward developing independence, social skills, coordination & gymnastic fundamentals. Students must have reached their 3rd birthday and are completely potty trained in order to register. (Pre-Gym 3 with parent class is for those children who are not yet ready to let go of Mom/Dad and are not yet potty trained.)
PRE-GYM 4 Ages: 4 yrs 6:1 Ratio
PG 4 class is designed for children aged 4, who are new to the sport of gymnastics. This program will open their eyes to hundreds of new ways to move, swing, roll, bend, and balance their bodies with success. These gymnasts will become comfortable with gymnastic positions, skills and apparatus while having FUN! This class is for toddlers who have already reached the 4th birthday.
PRE-GYM 5 Ages: 5 yrs 7:1 Ratio
This class is designed to stress beginner skills in children who have reached their 5th birthday. The program will allow them to develop their knowledge of positions, skills, and equipment while having a fantastic time. *Students may be sent into a Divisional Class only if recommended by an instructor.
HOTSHOTS Ages: 5+ 8:1 Ratio
This class is by invitation only. Gymnasts are chosen based on their skill level, flexibility, strength, and dedication to the sport. They are working on USAG tumbling skills and compulsory routines.
Specialty Classes Invitational Only
These classes are for young children who display a high level of maturity and interest in the skills and techniques required.
SUPERTOTS Ages: 3-4yrs 6:1 Ratio
TUMBLE BEES Ages: 4-5yrs 7:1 Ratio
SUPER STARS Ages: 5-6yrs 7:1 Ratio
CHEERNASTICS Ages: 4+ (Fee Based class, see prices) Cheernastics is a tumbling class geared towards the cheerleader or gymnast interested in working on tumbling skills and flexibility. This program includes drills to help improve jumps, splits and tumbling. Class will be split into 2 groups Ages 4-7 and Ages 8+
