McCulley, MS, ATC, CSCS
Fitness Director
Julie earned a Bachelor’s
degree in Exercise Physiology from Bloomsburg
University and a Master’s degree from Ohio
University in Sports Medicine. Julie is ATC
(Athletic Training Certified) and NSCA certified-CSCS
(Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist).

Roger
Adams, Personal Trainer
Roger has a Bachelors degree in
Sport and Exercise Science from Nottingham Trent
University, UK and graduated with Honors in 2001.
He has over 10 years personal training experience
as well as traveling the States as a Professional
soccer coach. Roger’s favorite methods of
training include plyometrics, SAQ (speed agility
quickness) drills, aquatic training, core strengthening
as well as traditional free weights.

Allison
Brewer,ACE Certified Personal Trainer
Allison Brewer
is a graduate of Millersville University where
she achieved a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech
Communication and a focus in Public Relations. Allison has been a tennis player since the age
of 6. She began playing in Middle States tournaments
and continued to compete at the collegiate level
for MU. She has previously worked as a tennis
instructor in Stone Harbor, NJ for 4 years as
well as aiding in coaching at the collegiate level.
Her experiences in the fitness industry prior
to coming to the NAC were working as the membership
coach/social director and marketing assistant
at Spring Valley Athletic Club in Reading, Pa.

Dave
Salzberg, Personal Trainer, ACE
Dave earned a bachelor’s
degree from George Washington University in Washington
D.C., and is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer.
He is a Level 1 KettleBell Instructor and has
several years of martial arts experience. His
training interests include kettlebell training,
martial arts conditioning, sports-specific conditioning,
functional strength training, weight management,
and general fitness. He has been featured in Bucks
Magazine and PhillyStyle Magazine.

Steve
Sweigard, NASM, Personal Trainer
Steve has been involved
with sports and weight lifting for over 12 years,
with much of his concentration focusing on Body
Building. Steve's experience at the NAC ranges
from coaching in the Sports Center, to kid’s
camps on the weekends while currently residing
in our Personal Training Department through the
Fitness Center. Steve is NASM certified (The National
Academy of Sports Medicine). He also has an abundance
of personal fitness knowledge and experience that
will motivate anyone to get on the path to a healthier,
stronger and more fitness oriented lifestyle.

Tegan
Atkinson, ACE, Personal Trainer
Tegan is an ACE certified
personal trainer. She is also a certified elementary
and special education teacher. Tegan is the owner
of a business created for children to create programs
specifically for their needs. Tegan specializes
in creating programs to allow parents and children
to work out together!

Julie
Lash, Personal Trainer/ Certified Nutrition Consultant
Graduated the National Personal
Training Institute (NPTI) in 2003. Received 6
months of an intensive program incorporating fitness
training, physiology and nutrition. Previous owner/operator
of Slim and Tone 30-Minute Workout For Women,
a circuit training gym for women only.

Andrew
“AJ” Henderson, ACE NSCA, Personal Trainer
AJ holds two of the most
highly respected personal training certifications
available; ACE and NSCA. He is also working toward
earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise
Science. He trains in both Muay Thai and Brazilian
Jiu Jitsu at Philly/ New Jersey Martial Arts Academy.
He can help you achieve the results you are looking
for, whether you are trying to lose weight, gain
muscle, or are training for a specific sport or
event. AJ has trained in corporate, commercial,
and private gym facilities in the past.
