Fitness Center:
The NAC has totally reconstructed our Fitness Center,
including a complete renovation and brand-new equipment.
We also have a new Fitness Desk, dozens of CardioVision
personal viewing monitors and more! Please take a moment
to tour this amazing new facility.
Fitness Center Membership Services:
Your NAC membership will begin with two complimentary
sessions with one of our Certified Personal Trainers.
Your trainer will evaluate your health history, lifestyle
and fitness goals to design an exercise program that
meets your specific needs. As part of your membership,
your trainer will update your program on a continuous
basis as you progress.

To stay on a fast rack to results, you may want to work
with a Private Trainer each time you come to the club.
Whether you want to build strength, improve your shape,
increase endurance, lose weight, boost energy, improve
coordination and balance or simply look good and feel
great, our trainers are experts in delivering reults
for your members. Fee required.
In-Home Training
A NAC Team Trainer will come to your home or office
to assist you with your exercise program. This service
is offered to members and non members. We will supply
the equipment or help you utilize your own. Fee required.
Sport Specific Training
We offer specialized strength and conditioning programs
for the athlete. Your trainer will design a specific
program to train you for that sport. This training is
most important for the athlete who is training during
the off season. Fee required.
Group Programs:
NEW! Group Training Program - Train
with a group and save $
Group Training involves training with a group of 2 or
more individuals. You and your team will work side by
side with one of our qualified trainers in an effort
to achieve your fitness goals. Be motivated not only
by your trainer, but also by the camaraderie of your
team mates. Fee required.
Speed/Agility Training
This program is meant for the recreational athlete that
wants to improve his/her own athletic performance, or
for the ‘athlete at heart’ that wants a
challenge and is ready for a change of routine. It consists
of a combination of core strength, agility, dynamic
movements, and cardiovascular conditioning to improve
overall athletic performance in any sport, but anyone
willing to work hard will benefit from the program.Benefits
of the class include a change in body composition (increases
in lean muscle mass), increases in strength, muscle
toning, speed, agility, and cardiovascular endurance.
The class meets 2 times per week for an hour each. Registration
is ongoing. Fee required.
Boxing Lessons with Terrance Cauthen - NABF
Junior Welterweight Champion
The Boxing Program at the NAC is under the expert direction
of Terrance Cauthen who gives both private and group
lessons. Private and group training with Terrance is
available, as well as with other boxing coaches, including Brandon English. Please

TechnoGym: State-of-the-Art!
If you are new to the fitness world, undergoing rehabilitation
for an injury or just prefer a quiet workout environment
then TechnoGym is the place for you. This customized
computerized equipment provides individualized fitness
programs for each piece of equipment used by the member.
Technogym is operated under the supervision of trained
professionals with backgrounds in Exercise Science and
Sports Medicine as well as certifications in Emergency
Medicine, Physical Therapy and Personal Training. Our
pro staff provides the members with the safest options
for gaining strength, endurance and cardiovascular performance.
Whether you are 14 or 90 years old, we can devise a
program that will give results tailored to your specific
needs without the fear of injury.
TechnoGym System
Customized Exercise Programs: Delivers the promise of
fitness to members with individualized exercise programs
stored in a portable SmartKey. Once a training protocol
is defined, the Technogym System establishes the member's
individualized fitness program for every piece of equipment,
in the suitable sequence and at the appropriate intensity
for the accurate period of time. The SmartKey technology
facilitates tracking of progress which enhances results.
Workload Adjustment
Training intensity and duration are automatically updated
via the Technogym System. This not only supports the
member by keeping them within their "training window"
but assists in guaranteeing measurable results.
Outcome Management
Validation of protocols. Effective feedback to the member.
Seamless collection of data for corporate, medical or
research purposes. All effortlessly within reach with
the Technogym System.
Evidence of Results
