COST:

Member: FREE ($5 Registration Fee)
Private and semi-private lessons are avalibale
Private half hour $35 one hour $60
Semi Private: one hour 2 people $40
Boxing Wraps are available $6 a pair
Member rates apply only to active family or couple (adult plus child) memberships. *Refunds will not be given at any time for programs canceled by participants. Credits will be given with a doctor’s note. Any cancellations after the start of the session will not receive a refund or credit.
ATTIRE / EQUIPMENT
All participants must wear t-shirts, shorts or sweat pants.  All boxers must have sneakers.  All boxers must have wraps as well, which we will provide for a fee.  (See the program desk to purchase them.) 
PARENT RESPONSIBILITY
An adult must escort all children to the boxing studio. No one is permitted in the boxing ring prior to class time. All children must be dropped off to class by an adult and then picked up once class is over.  Instructors will not be picking up in the kids club, or dropping off.
ATTENDANCE POLICY
If your child misses two classes in a row without notification, they will be dropped from the class. Please call the program desk for any absentees. 215-968-0600 x 12
Note:  Participants may register for two classes per week.  Classes will start on time and attendance will be taken every class.  If you are unable to attend class please call the program desk to let them know @ 215-968-0600 x 12.  If you miss two consecutive classes without notifying the program desk you will automatically be withdrawn from the class.
BOXING CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
Adults (Ages 17 and up) Instructors: Scott/Susan/Bill/Stacey /Chip
Adult Class Description: 12:1 Student instructor ratio
Class Format:  Basic boxing techniques and activities incorporated into an intense workout designed to burn calories and build endurance while increasing strength, agility and speed.  General class structure: Approximately 10 minute warm-up, including jump rope and shadow boxing; approximately 40 minutes of intense training including rotation using the heavy bag, pad work, sparring, etc.  10 minutes of calisthenics including jumping jacks, push ups and abdominal work. No boxing experience necessary. 
Youth (Ages 7-16) Instructors: Bill/Chip/Stacey/Scott
Youth Boxing Class Description: 10:1 Student instructor ratio
Youth Class format:  Basic boxing techniques and activities incorporated into an intense workout-designed to burn calories and build endurance while increasing strength, agility, speed and self-confidence.  General class structure: approximately 10 minute warm-up including jump rope and shadow boxing; approximately 40 minutes of intense training include rotations using heavy bag, pad work, etc.  10 minutes of calisthenics including jumping jacks, push ups and abdominal work.  No boxing experience necessary. 

There is no open use of the boxing studio while class is in session.  If you are not participating in a class, please refrain from working out in the boxing studio until class is completed.
