PLAY BALL
This workout mimics various sports activities. Football, baseball, basketball, soccer, tennis, even golf is imitated using small playground balls and other various pieces of equipment as props. Condition your muscles and cardiovascular system while having fun finding your inner child. For the young to the young at heart!
AQUA CIRCUIT
Move from station to station performing various instructed exercises. Your instructor will show you how to get the most from this workout as you push, pull, kick, and jump through the water. You’ll never get bored during this class as you will move fast and furious from cardio to muscle conditioning. This class is intended for intermediate to advanced participants.
NOTHING BUT NOODLES
That’s using your noodle. This flotation device is an amazing piece of exercise equipment. We will show you how to get the most from this Styrofoam float. Whether you use it for suspension or resistance your noodle can be an exercisers best friend. Fun to use but gets you to that burn we all love to feel during a tough workout. All levels are invited to join in on the fun.
“ABS”OLUTELY CORE
Will you work your abs? Absolutely! This Core training workout will use half foam rollers for instability causing your abdominal muscles to stay engaged as you work other muscle groups using the versatile dynaband for added resistance. This class consists of a short warm-up to be taken alone or follow up with it after one of our other exciting classes.
Mommy and Baby Aquacize:
Aqua fitness for Mom, water play for baby. This action packed water class consists of aerobic conditioning and muscular strengthening while moving in the water with you baby. Babies will be utilized as weights and delight in our huge repertoire of rhymes, songs, water activities and fun! Babies aged 6 weeks to 1year old.
Pre-Post Natal Water Aerobics
Great for the new mom and mom to be. This low impact water exercise program adheres to the new American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG). A doctors note of approval is required prior to participation.
HI\LO H20
This cardiovascular workout uses traditional hi\lo aerobic combinations you usual see done on land. Hi intensity or low intensity, you choose your zone. All exercises are low in impact and safe for all participants.
AQUA KICKBOXING
If you love the intensity of AKB (aerobic kickboxing), you’ll love this class. Basic kickboxing combinations are executed without the impact. Punches and kicks are tough enough on land. Try doing it in the water. You’ll be pleasantly surprised how much exertion it requires. Your muscles will condition and your heart rate soar, at the same time you’ll learn some self defense maneuvers everyone can stand to learn. All levels are welcome to try this knock out class
WATER WARRIOR
Every class listed above all wrapped up into one killer workout. Each time you take this class will be a new challenge. You’ll never know what to expect when you show up for this class. Designed for participants who aren’t afraid to get sweat. WET that is. Don’t think you can sweat in the pool; we dare you to try this one. Fast paced and not intended for the mild and meek.
AQUA SUSPENSION
This is a non-impact high intensity workout using flotation belts for buoyancy and either noodles, aqua bars or kickboards for resistance. It is a combination of high power, low impact water exercises done suspended in the water. All can benefit from this workout. Perfect for individuals with limitations.
WATER WALKING
Walking the water can be very rewarding for those who choose a lower intensity workout. Elevate your heart rate and improve you cardiovascular endurance while staying refreshed in the cool water.
